Exhibitor Information Booklet – Complete with everything you need to know about your involvement in the show, this booklet is your one-stop information resource for show suppliers, contact information, show rules & regulations, and exhibit requirements - another great piece to print out and keep with you!
Fern Exposition & Event Services – Here you’ll find options for floor covering, tables, chairs, other booth accessories & expo services. Click this link and use password 12AAA10512 to browse. Fern will e-mail you directly with a personal user name and password for easy on-line ordering. The deadline for early-bird pricing is Friday, December 30.
Host Hotel – This link will provide information on our host hotel, Crowne Plaza Columbus - Downtown. Deadline for reservations is Thursday, December 29.
Ancillary Booth Services – Note: Electric, Internet, Phone, and A/V Services are not provided for your booth. If needed, use the following links for order forms. The deadline for early-bird pricing on electric & Internet is Friday, January 6.

Publicity Form – We’re looking for media opportunities and news story ideas to showcase the offerings you’ll be bringing to the AAA Great Vacations EXPO. Tell us about them! Just print this form and submit directly to Weirick Communications.
Move-In Schedule – Exhibitor Move-In is Thursday, January 19 from 9am - 6pm and Friday, January 20 from 8am - 11am. All booths must be set by Friday at 11am - remember, the EXPO opens at Noon!
Marketing Took Kit – Looking for help with marketing your participation in the EXPO to the fullest potential? You’ll find lots of great tools here.
Box Lunch Order Form – Complimentary beverages and light snacks will be offered in the EXPO Exhibitor Lounge. However, full concessions are available as well as the option of ordering a daily box lunch - delivered directly to your booth! Deadline for orders is Friday, January 16.
